Challenge

Byteback came to us with a few issues that they needed help overcoming. They wanted to increase their marketing and communication targeting their current customers whilst also reaching out to a new audience. The campaigns goals were to increase brand awareness and drive sales enquiries.

Insight

Byteback weren’t communicating a lot of important information about themselves to their audience. To name a few; They are a values driven business that puts the environment at the heart of their operations, they are run by two charismatic and affable entrepreneurs that bring character to the organisation, they do a lot of charitable work within the Bristol community, and they are meticulous with their industry accreditation.

Solution

We utilised our ‘5 Pillar’ social media content plan. This is where we build content around 5 key areas that represent a business. For Byteback the pillars were Education, Values, Operations, Character and Sales. Using our analysis of Byteback’s audience, made up of qualitative and quantitative data, we created a social media management plan. We focused the campaign on Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter.

“...new business increased dramatically. We enjoyed the busiest three consecutive months that we have had for the last two years, with each month bringing in more revenue than the previous. 20% of our business during December involved new customers, with a similar amount of new business in January. The figure for February was nearly 25%.

We believe that the money that we have spent on having our social media content professionally created, curated and managed represents the best investment that we have made with our marketing budget in over 15 years of business.”
